Cellular Therapy

Duties and Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Cellular Therapy Specialist Supervisor processes, cryopreserves, and otherwise manipulates cell products using sterile techniques, according to written Standard Operating Procedures, in accordance to facility cGMP practices. Facility and personnel specific duties will be regulated by client procedures being performed at each Cellular Production Facility.

Salary: $50,000

Education: They need a relevant college degree such as a Bachelor’s or a Master’s. They also need experience in a clinical laboratory, hematology, blood banking, immunology, or cGMP manufacturing. They also need a current Medical Technologist.  At finally, at least 4-6 years of Industry experience is required.

Reflection: I think I wouldn’t like to be one of this because I think this is not for me and I really not like it. But at the same time I would be one of this because I like to help others people.
