Duties and responsibilities:
Ophthalmologists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases. They treat vision problems and write prescriptions for both pharmaceuticals and corrective eyeglass lenses. When necessary, they perform eye surgery. Most ophthalmologists are in private practice, however some are employed by hospitals are clinics, and others perform research.
Average Salary: $90,000 - $150,000
Educational Requirements: Only physicians may study to become ophthalmologist. After complete a three to five year residency in an approved ophthalmology program. After completing their residency program they must pass an examination to be certified.



Reflection: I like think I would like to be one, because I like to help people who really needed. To help some hospitals or clinics who need Ophthalmologist, and also I like to become one because I love to help people in other place of the world who do not have money to pay it, and see what vision problems they have and get the great eyeglasses.
