Allergist/ Immunologist
Duties and Responsibilities: An
allergist/immunologist is a physician certified in either internal medicine or
pediatrics, who has completed an additional two years of training in allergy
and immunology at an accredited training program and passed the examination
given by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
Education: Allergists/immunologists must complete 4 years of
premedical education at a college or university, followed by at least 4 years
of medical school resulting in a doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy degree.
Premedical students complete undergraduate classes in biology, English, the
humanities, mathematics, physics, social sciences, and inorganic and organic
chemistry.
Reflection: I think I could not to be one of this because, I think I
could not have the strategies to help them. Also I not like to be like type of
doctor.
